WATGEN MEDICAL A/S was spun out as a sister company of the former NASDAQ listed Green Impact Ventures A/S. The company is focused on development and sales of Medical Device solutions through international partners. The initial idea was co-founded together with MD, Professor Peter Bjerring in cooperation with BELAIR MEDICAL ApS. 

The company is setup as a limited company in Denmark and is on the verge of commercialization of the first Medical Device products in 2022 – 2023

Board & Management holds extensive knowledge on the disease treatment areas of interest. 

Several of the board members has experience from earlier IPO´s and international funding of medical companies.

The company has partnership with one of the leading university hospital in Denmark and with several business partners within the industry.
